Digital Transformation Grants: KIT DIGITAL
From SITELICON ECOMMERCE SERVICES we have been collaborating for 16 years in the digital transformation processes of the national business fabric. It is our mission and our objective to accelerate the digital transformation processes necessary to enter new stages of business development based on electronic commerce.
Within the solutions offered in the KIT DIGITAL program, we offer the following services for the respective categories.
KIT DIGITAL Services
Website
Maximum grant amount: €2,000
- Solution 1: Web development using WordPress technology as the operating engine and content manager, with customization of design, structure and content. It is carried out in a period of 7 weeks from the start of the project to the publication of the website. It includes both information architecture and navigation analysis services, design, implementation and programming and initial content loading. Price range between €2000 and €5000.
- Solution 2: Development of personalized websites, custom programming . Projects developed with agile methodology by two-week sprints. Large personalized developments. Turnkey projects. Between 8 and 30 weeks of development. Price range between €5000 and €50,000.
Electronic Commerce
Maximum grant amount: €2,000
- Solution 1: Development of online stores based on Shopify technology as the operating engine and content manager, with customization of design, structure and content. It is carried out in a period of 8 weeks from the start of the project to the publication of the store and putting the products on sale. It includes both information architecture and navigation analysis services, design, implementation and programming and initial content loading. It also includes the purchase and customization of a proprietary domain. Price range between €2000 and €10,000.
Social Media Management
Maximum grant amount: €2,500
- Solution 1: The creation of a monthly publication calendar , with at least five monthly posts for 6 months. Price range between €800 and €4000 depending on the number of networks and posts.
- Solution 2: The creation of a personalized sales funnel for conducting sales campaigns through social media ads (mainly Facebook / Instagram). Price range between €1500 and €3000.
- Solution 3: The Global and permanent social media management , calendars, advertisements, comprehensive management, crisis... Price range between €5000 and €2000 monthly.
Customer and/or Supplier Management
Maximum grant amount: €4,000
- Solution 1: Implementation, configuration, process automation and one-year management of the main management solution CRM, Hubspot, of which we are partners. Price €3500.
BI and Analytics
Maximum grant amount: €4,000
- Solution 1: Service for integration of data from multiple sources (up to six sources) into a single common database, with standardized and normalized information and data, for proper management and visualization through PowerBI and similar systems. Price range between €2000 and €6000.
Virtual Office Services
Maximum grant amount: €250/user
- Solution 1: Implementation and development of the Google suite for managing email, files, virtual meetings, calendar, teams and all the tools that Google Suite makes available. Price €250 per user (minimum two users).
Process Management
Maximum grant amount: €6,000
- Solution 1: Custom intranet development for managing personalized internal processes. Up to 120 hours of custom programming development. Warehouse management, supply chain and replenishment, automatic billing, sending invoices or automatic communications to customers, online orders... Price range between €4,000 and €50,000
Cybersecurity
Maximum grant amount: €125/device
- Solution 1: Implementation of password management system and high-level security data within companies through a proprietary security system developed by Sitelicon Ecommerce Services: Sitelicon Wallet. Price range between €50 and €300.
Advanced Presence
Maximum grant amount: €2,000
- Solution 1: Development of onpage and offpage SEO campaign. keyword analysis, competition, situation and results reports. €300 per month for 8 hours of work per month.
Marketplace
Maximum grant amount: €2,000
- Solution 1: Registration and initial catalog development in a marketplace to select national or international. Registration of up to 20 product sheets with detailed information. Brand management within the marketplace. Single solution of 40 hours of work to be carried out in a period of 4-6 weeks.

KIT DIGITAL is an economic aid program from the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation to promote the digitalization of SMEs and freelancers with an allocation of 3,067 million euros through European funds Next Generation EU .

These grants will have a maximum amount depending on the type of beneficiary that requests the KIT DIGITAL.
Maximum amounts according to type of beneficiary
- Small companies (between 10 and 50 employees, not exceeding 50 employees). €12,000
- Small companies or microenterprises (between 3 and 10 employees). €6,000
- Small companies or microenterprises (between 1 and 3 employees, not exceeding 3 employees) and self-employment. €2,000
Requirements to obtain KIT DIGITAL grant
- Be a small company, microenterprise or freelancer.
- Meet the financial and effective limits that define the categories of companies.
- Be in a high situation and have the minimum seniority established per call.
- Not be considered a company in crisis.
- Be up to date with tax obligations and Social Security.
- Not be subject to a pending recovery order from the European Commission that has declared aid illegal and incompatible with the common market.
- Not incur in any of the prohibitions provided for in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies.
- Not exceed the limit of minimum aid (small amount).
